Private Party Information Package

Menu Options

Our catering services are offered seven days a week for lunch and dinner. A menu for your party is to be selected in advance.

Premium Open Bar

  • Two (2) hour open bar – $35 per person
  • Each additional hour – $10 per person
  • House Wine and Beer Only – $20 per bottle
  • $5 per beer

  • Choice of one (1) salad, three (3) entrees, and one (1) desserts. $30 per person
  • *One (1) additional family style appetizer $5  per person

Hors D’oeuvres Reception

  • One hour assorted hand passed hors d’oeurves Choice of four (4) – $25 per person
  • Two hours assorted hand passed hors d’oeurves – Choice of five (5) – $35 per person
  • Three hours assorted hand passed hors d’oeurves – Choice of six (6) -$45 per person

*Coffee & tea are included.  Wine, beer & spirits are based on consumption for all events unless you have selected open bar.

A $3.00 per person assessment will be added for customers who provide their own desserts.  NJ sales tax of 7% and a 20% gratuity will be added to all parties.

Reservation Information

A $300 deposit is required for  your event.  You will be asked to supply a check or credit card number (charged only if event is cancelled) for this deposit and your reservation will be guaranteed once Martini has received it.

Martini will gladly refund all deposits for events cancelled more than twenty-one days prior to the event.

If cancelled less than twenty-one days in advance, your deposit will not be refunded, but may be applied towards future events.

Martini requires a 48-hour advance guarantee for the number of guests in your party.  Your final bill will be calculated according to the number of guaranteed guests.
